Shane was introduced to lending in 2009 while working full time as a firefighter in the Seattle area. On a fire crew, everyone goes in together, and he carried that belief straight into lending: the "we" beats the "me" on every file, every time.

He reached Top 1% Originator status nationwide and held it for over six years before stepping back from personal production. After years inside retail mortgage banks as an LO, manager, and executive, he walked away knowing borrowers deserved something built differently.
